Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious with a great view of the Space Needle, but it was freezing cold and smelled like smoke. The service was a mix of kindness and non-cooperation. The location was convenient but had some sketchy elements. The dining options were limited and overpriced.
I was delighted with the comfortable and nicely furnished rooms we were given, which also came with a complimentary breakfast - a sweet surprise! However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey. The service, especially at the bar, was exceptional throughout our stay. The location, while convenient for the Space Needle, might not be the best without a car. Overall, a great value for what we received.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and tidy, although the foyer noise and smells were a bit bothersome. The service was exceptional and very helpful, with secure parking available. The location worked very well for me as it was within walking distance of downtown Seattle. However, the industrial surroundings were a bit off-putting. The dining options were limited and expensive, with some cold dishes, but the local cheese was a nice touch.
The hotel is conveniently located near Seattle's top attractions, but the continuous noise from loud fans made it hard to rest. While the atrium design was unique, not having the booked room type was disappointing.
