My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious with a great view of the Space Needle, but it was freezing cold and smelled like smoke. The service was a mix of kindness and non-cooperation. The location was convenient but had some sketchy elements. The dining options were limited and overpriced.

The room had a really good view of the Space Needle and was a decent size, but it was freezing cold and smelled like someone had been smoking in it.
Service

The staff gave my wife a thoughtful goody bag for our flight and offered us a room facing the Space Needle for aesthetics, but there were instances of non-cooperation.
Location
7.0
The hotel was close to downtown, parks, the Space Needle, and theaters, but the area had some sketchy elements. It was convenient but not the best.

The dining options were limited and overpriced, and breakfast was complimentary for only two people, not the entire family.

7.2/10
I was delighted with the comfortable and nicely furnished rooms we were given, which also came with a complimentary breakfast – a sweet surprise! However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey. The service, especially at the bar, was exceptional throughout our stay. The location, while convenient for the Space Needle, might not be the best without a car. Overall, a great value for what we received.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms of a construction site were comfortable and nicely furnished, and we appreciated getting side by side rooms and free breakfast for a reasonable additional cost.
Service
9.0
The service, particularly from the evening servers at the bar, was top-notch. The housekeeping, laundry service, welcome drink, and tour assistance were all excellent.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is very good for seeing the Space Needle but might not be ideal without a car. It's in a central Seattle neighborhood close to downtown.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited and somewhat expensive, with little variety. You'll need to either pay for meals at the hotel or venture out for more choices.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has a lovely courtyard with seating, though the drapes needed to be closed for privacy. Like many in the area, the property offers decent facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and tidy, although the foyer noise and smells were a bit bothersome. The service was exceptional and very helpful, with secure parking available. The location worked very well for me as it was within walking distance of downtown Seattle. However, the industrial surroundings were a bit off-putting. The dining options were limited and expensive, with some cold dishes, but the local cheese was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located near Seattle's top attractions, but the continuous noise from loud fans made it hard to rest. While the atrium design was unique, not having the booked room type was disappointing.
Rooms
5.0
The room was not as booked, and the noisy fans were disruptive day and night, affecting my rest.
Service
7.0
The service staff was warm and helpful, providing assistance and friendly conversations. However, some members seemed grumpy and unwelcoming at times.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is great for exploring Seattle's main attractions like the Space Needle, museums, and restaurants within walking distance. However, being far from the airport was a drawback.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was unpleasant, with poor quality and chaotic service, leaving much to be desired.
